Laurel Miller is the CEO at Seamless Event Solutions - Portland, OR-based technical production and in-house audio visual services company. With a decade of experience in audio visual solutions and another decade in senior client-side marketing roles, she brings a deep understanding of the pivotal role events play in the overall strategy of client organizations and uses that lens to ensure production planning focuses on event objectives and heightened attendee experience. Jennifer Kingen Kush has over a decade of experience as a digital event strategist specializing in designing impactful online experiences that drive results. As the founder of Kingen Kush Solutions (KKS), her expertise focuses on strategy, experience design, content development, tech solutions to production, and metrics. The KKS Team works with global organizations developing virtual events and hybrid events to deliver profitable events to amplify their reach and drive results for long-term strategic goals. Previously, Jennifer led the PCMA’s Digital Experience Institute [DEI] dedicated to the research, education, and content for hybrid and digital events, including leading the global DES Certification. Jennifer led the consulting arm of DEI and produced PCMA’s digital events since its inception in 2010. During her time, she led the PCMA ROI and ROE report demonstrating a revenue generation of $1 million back to the organization.
